Over two decades we extended our expertise from application performance monitoring (APM), database tuning and data analytics into observability, log analytics, cybersecurity and privileged access management, as IT became the heart of the business.
Today Soft IT resells, consults on, deploys and supports solutions from global partners — Splunk (a Cisco company), Quest Software, LogicMonitor, mamori.io and pganalyze — through a Bangkok-based team of engineers and consultants who also manage licensing, renewals and support contracts for our customers.
